Overview
Winter storms during February 2019 caused a slip out on the eastbound direction of Marshall Petaluma Road at milepost 6.40. This project proposes to install a 50-foot-long retaining wall and drainage improvements to restore the roadway shoulder area.
Funding
The estimated $300,000 project will be funded through the Federal Highways Administration’s Emergency Relief Funds plus a local match.
Traffic Impacts
There will be single lane access through the construction zone with alternating two-way traffic controlled by a signal. The traffic hold times will be approximately 3 minutes.
